There Will Be Blood is a trio, they started back in the 2009 and now they have produced 3 albums and 2 EP, playing live around italy both in festivals and music clubs gaining excellent reviews from press and audience. TWBB are Mattia Castiglioni (Drums) Riccardo Giacomin (lead Guitar) and Davide Paccioretti (Vocals and back Guitar), together they play a “raw blues” that starts from the delta of mississippi and finds it’s own way flowing through the contamination of different sounds and genres. The last and third album of the band is HORNS. It’s the end of a trilogy of concept album that tell the story of a lone wandering man, looking for a way to redeem his soul and finally find his vengeance, crossing his path with all kind of freaks and prodigies, miracles and disasters. Compared with the previous albums HORNS is a more articulated work, the band put even more effort in the 12 songs, challenging themselves with new styles, new influences and collaborating with more professional musician to put choir, harps, trumpets, saxes, trombones, pianos and keyboards into their biggest project yet. Starting from classic blues, to rock and roll, to funk/soul, to gospel, to stoner, to country and western the band stretches their signature sound to news frontier, without losing the strong riffs the powerful drums and the catchy lyrics that their fans use to love.
